Here at All Pro Automotive in Kennesaw we often do diagnostics and sometimes the problem is obvious after hooking the car up to the computer and reading the codes. However, sometimes it isn't obvious during a test drive or after hooking it up to all those computer programs! You know there is a problem and a Check Engine Light is on with the fleet customer telling you the car has been having issues starting and the light has been going off and on depending on several factors. No pattern, no simple answer but the problem becomes obvious when you start following the "threads of the issue" thanks to all that ASE Technician training.

I took my car to All-Pro Automotive since my check engine light came on. I didn't expect to have my car fixed the same day, I just thought I would get a diagnostic and make an appointment later in the week. However, the staff fit me into their schedule and was able to fix my car in less than 30-40min! The staff was VERY FRIENDLY and I was very happy with their service. I will definitely take my car here again in the future!

Yesterday I needed an oil change and brakes last minute before a trip to Gulf Shores AL. I paid the bill they closed up shop locked up gates. I asked Jimmy who runs All-Pro did he notice a vibration coming from my truck. His mechanic already left for the day. He took it for a test drive and discovered my U-Joints were bad. I wouldn't have made it to the beach. He opened up the shop, cancelled his plans that evening, and fixed it himself all because he didn't want me stuck in the middle of AL. All-Pro Automotive went the extra mile!!! He just earned a loyal, satisfied customer for many years years to come. They stepped up, showed their integrity, and resolved my issue.
